This refined New Year’s Eve menu blends Mediterranean elegance, French gastronomy, and Moroccan flavors, offering a warm and festive journey through carefully curated dishes.
The experience begins with a delicate crab ravioli appetizer, followed by a traditional fish and seafood pastilla. For the main course, enjoy slow-cooked specialties prepared with care, including duck breast with sweet potato and salted caramel sauce, or mechoui-style lamb shoulder cooked at low temperature and enhanced with dried fruits.
To conclude the evening, indulge in a selection of Moroccan pastries, accompanied by mint tea and spiced coffee, and finish on a sweet note with the signature Red Velvet Mama Lova Cake.
